Primitive Two-Tier Table.

Originating from Northern Europe, c 1890. This vernacular table is all original and constructed with pine and has dry dovetailed and pegged joints. Two planks with rounded edges to the table top and the lower tier.

Remains of the purple brown 'falu' paint to the lower shelf and the legs, which has distressing, losses and discoloration throughout. The top is a warm brown colour. 

Length 129cm x Width 62cm x Height 74cm.

The table has a vertical lean.
