Reclaimed Wood Furniture Lead Times - Orders placed after 16/11/20 may not arrive by Xmas due to high demand. Current lead time for our handmade to order furniture is between 3-6 weeks. 

Antiques Vintage & Retro Collection - last order date for pre xmas delivery is the 15th of December

Currently our Warehouse is Unaffected by Lockdown

All orders within 'UK Mainland' are delivered for FREE* using our network of professional couriers. 
For smaller items we use Parcelforce Worldwide or UPS.

Delivery transit time within the UK Mainland is 1-2 business days (3-4 days for remote areas)

Exclusions include: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Island. 
Royal Mail exclusion zones

If your postcode is not listed please do contact us for a delivery quote prior to ordering.
We will only charge you for additional courier costs over the usual amount, no 'admin fee', no 'premium'.

General Information
  • HANDLING time for orders of Antiques & Vintage items is between 2-5 working days. For Handmade items between 3-6weeks. 
  • It is possible to order and delay dispatch, just let us know when you order.
  • Couriers will use your phone number to contact you and provide notice for deliveries - and then closer to the day an actual time slot.
  • Assistance unloading may be needed for heavy or bulky items. 

 

Deliveries during COVID-19

We take the health and safety of our people and customers very seriously. Therefore we have made some adjustments to our delivery service.
Firstly, we are happy to let you know we continue to offer door to door delivery service for all our orders!
Please keep in mind when ordering bulky or heavy items that for safety reasons we mainly use a 1-man courier delivery services.
Assistance with bulky items will be required, our trusted couriers aim to limit physical contact and follow safety advice.
Contact-free deliveries are doorstep only and aim to limit physical contact. This will require you to carry the goods inside. 
If you or someone in your household are self-isolating, we kindly ask you to inform us and the courier prior to delivery, so needed adjustments could be made.
Your order can be left in a safe place at your own risk given the item can be handled by 1 person.
Please note the delivery times may vary given the current circumstances.
If you'd prefer to have your order delivered at a later date, please inform us as soon as possible.
We are happy to let you know we offer FREE 3-month storage for your order if you need it. Please request it within 24 hours of ordering.

Our KONTRAST warehouse in Batley, West Yorkshire is currently open to selected staff only.

DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING?

Shipping prices are per product, although we are able to combine the shipping on multiple items. If you'd like that, please do get in touch prior to paying for your order and we'll see what we can do to help.


DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?

Yes if your item is classed as large and is being delivered by a courier

For smaller items we use Parcelforce, they have options to redeliver if you are not at home, this can be done directly with them


HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from us and from the courier. If applicable, that will provide your tracking info and further instruction on how to prepare for/re-arrange your delivery.
