Orders are delivered for FREE to all UK mainland addresses via UPS Standard. Delivery time within the UK is 1-2 business days (3-4 days for remote areas)

EUROPEAN UNION

We ship to Europe! Get an exact rate for your country in the checkout! Shipping time varies from 2-4 business days.

USA & CANADA

Orders are delivered for £98.79 via UPS Express Saver.  Delivery time is 1-4 working days.

DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING?

Shipping prices are per product, although with some items we are able to combine the shipping. If you'd like that, please do get in touch prior to paying for your order and we'll see what we can do to help you.


DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?

That would be ideal, but if you are not able to be at home then you probably appreciate knowing that your UPS delivery driver will make 2 more attempts to deliver.
You will be able to re-arrange your delivery day directly with UPS.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY TABLE IS DISPATCHED?

Once your table has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from us and another from UPS, that will provide your tracking info and further instruction on how to prepare for/re-arrange your delivery.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do!

Most countries are displayed in the drop down menu. If your country isn’t shown there, please do get in touch and we can get you a quote.

Some of our larger tables are too large/costly to ship internationally, due to the weight and size. If you would like us to ship one of these tables overseas, please do get in touch and we will get a quote from UPS for you.


DO YOU OFFER NOMINATED DAY DELIVERIES?

We're unable to offer a nominated day for delivery; but once your item has shipped, you will be able to re-schedule your delivery with UPS through their free service 'MY CHOICE'.
This will enable you to request the re-delivery and even a delivery window. Please follow the link below to set that up.

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED ON THE ESTIMATED DAY

Please check your tracking page for updates and messages, if your package hasn't arrived on the estimated day. Alternatively, you can contact them for more info (UK residents - 0345 787 7877).
If you are unable to find a resolution with UPS, we can contact them on your behalf, so please get in touch and let us know the issue and we'll do our best to help.


WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER?
We work hard to make products you'll love, but in the unfortunate event that your purchase doesn't meet reasonable expectations or you've received a faulty product, please do get in touch with us and we will then schedule a phone call with you to make sure a satisfying solution is found.
