General Information

  • Handling time for antiques and vintage items is 2-5 working days. 
  • All orders within 'UK Mainland' are delivered for FREE* using our network of professional couriers.
  • Delivery time within 'UK Mainland' is 1-2 business days and 3-4 days for remote areas.
  • For smaller items, we use Parcelforce Worldwide or UPS.
  • Although we deliver worldwide, there are some Royal Mail exclusion zones. If you live within the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or Northern Ireland, please contact us** for a delivery quote. We will only charge you for additional courier costs over the usual amount, which means that you will not have to incur 'premium' or 'admin' fees.
  • It is possible to order and delay dispatch; let us know your preferences when you order. 
  • We offer FREE 3-month storage for everyone. Please request this service within 24 hours of ordering. 
  • Couriers will contact you to provide notice about deliveries and time slots. 
  • Couriers may need assistance unloading heavy or bulky items.

DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING?

Although shipping prices are per product, we are able to combine the shipping cost of multiple items. If you are interested, please contact us prior to paying for your items.


DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?

You have to be at home if your item is classed as large and is being delivered by a courier. 

We use Parcelforce for smaller items, and they have redelivery options for people who are unable to receive their parcel. Arrangements can be made directly with the Parcelforce team. 


HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from ourselves or the courier. If applicable, the notification will detail tracking information and further instructions on how to prepare for or re-arrange your delivery.
