A Pair of Howard and Sons 'Bridgewater' Armchairs.
Matched pair dating from around 1899.
Berners Street era, fully stamped makers marks and numbers, to the legs and castors.
Fully Restored and Traditionally Upholstered from the frames up, having sprung seats and backs, horsehair fillings to the seat and arms and a siege de duvet feather filled back rest with feather and down cushions. All this skilled hand stitched and hammer tacked work has been left on display.
