A large kidney shaped upholstered ottoman.
Dating from the mid to late 19th Century.
Solid beechwood construction. This hinged lid seat this seat is traditionally upholstered with webbing, horse hair and coir fibre fillings, the base of the ottoman frame is solid, has a base panel and is raised on 6 turned and ebonised legs all with brass castors.
Included is a white and black striped ticking cushion which is kidney shaped and filled with soft feathers.
CM: Width 155cm x Depth 94cm x Height of 48cm without the cushion and 61cm with the cushion.
Feet and Inches: Width 5 ft 1" x Depth 3 ft 1" x Height of 1 ft 7" without the cushion and 2 ft with the cushion.
