A pair of 19th century Howard & Sons armchairs, raised on Howard's uniquely turned walnut legs and retaining the original cope & Collinson brass castors. Fully restored and in excellent condition throughout. Both have the back legs number stamped.

Very slightly differing in size so you could say they are his and hers.

These have been fully restored from the frame up, we have retained the original back, seat and arm fillings.

These have now been completely recovered in Howard and Sons monogram ticking in pale blue.

Good early examples.   English c1860
